You can book our event space for your own event.
Please note that we provide only the premises and basic equipment (monitor, chairs).
You can request technical support and additional equipment, if available with additonal costs.
You have to return the event space to the original condition on the same day.

Auditorium (2nd floor) up to 35-40 people: Workshops/small gatherings, lectures
🪙 As a team you can book the auditorium for free.
Event space (1st floor): up to 80 people: Workshops, hackathons, events
🪙 You can book the event space at reduced fee of 100€/day for RWTH/FH student initiatives.
1000€/day and 650€/half day for external companies.

For larger events, please let us know the general schedule, how many people will be attending, is catering (only event space) ordered, etc.
The Collective Incubator only provides the premises. We do not offer event support, no admission controls, no manpower for set-up and dismantling. The space must be returned to its original condition after the event. The event must always be related to a team from our community, to RWTH Aachen University, RWTH Innovation, FH Aachen or Collective Incubator.
