You can use our event space for your own event.
Please note that we are not a professional event location. We do have some great equipment and are happy to allow you to use the rooms and technology. But we cannot provide technical support for events or help with set-up and dismantling. You have to return all rooms to their original condition on the same day.

You can book the event room independently via the CI Cloud. Please select Flex office 2 for this purpose. If you are planning a larger event and the Flex Office 2 / Event Space is too small, there is the possibility to expand the room with the Silent Flex Desks - 3rd floor . If you need the expansion, please Contact us so we can book it for you. Same for the Town Hall.
Access to the technology is through the white shuttered cabinet in Flex office 2, which is locked. Please pick up the key from our Administration Office. Making an appointment is recommended.
For larger events, please let us know the general schedule, how many people will be attending, is catering ordered, etc.. Please make sure everything is returned to its original condition after your event.
With the community coins we introduce a currency that allows all teams a fair access to our services. For each booking a certain amount will be deducted from your coins. The exact amount will be displayed at the time of booking. But don't worry: all services are still free for you.

The Collective Incubator only provides the premises. We do not offer event support, no admission controls, no manpower for set-up and dismantling. The space must be returned to its original condition after the event. The event must always be related to a team from our community, to RWTH Aachen University, RWTH Innovation, FH Aachen or Collective Incubator.
Unfortunately, the CI is not available for completely external events.
