Due to the high utilization of our rooms, we ask you to include the set-up and dismantling times when booking the rooms. In concrete terms, this means that as soon as your booking is over, the rooms must be back in their original state. Dismantling cannot take place the next day. We cannot assist you with set up or tear down, please plan enough helpers.
Basically, the layout of the rooms can be changed for events as long as the initial state is restored at the end.

Auditorium ( Town Hall)
It is possible to order catering for events in our space. However, the complete organization must be carried out by the event organizer and agreed with us in advance. The catering may only be set up in a designated area. This area is the Work Café on the 1st floor. This must be used when booking the Event Space or the Auditorium. In the case of double bookings, catering can be integrated into the Auditorium. On request, a refrigerator can be used for drinks. Capacity for 3 boxes is approximately available.
When choosing a caterer, please make sure that the caterer brings dishes and cutlery and also picks them up again. Everything must be taken back at the end of the event, there is no way to store things with us. Also, the dishwashers in the Space may not be used for cleaning dishes. For large events, the caterer should also bring coffee, as the coffee machines in the Space are not suitable for large quantities of coffee in a short period of time. Unfortunately, we are also unable to provide refrigeration capacity as we do not have a sufficient amount of refrigerators. Basically, all deliveries of drinks and food should be made and accepted by you on the same day of the event.
