As a team you do have the possibility to register the Collective Incubator as your legal headquarter address. This might be helpful, as you do not have to register you private address.

For start-ups

Requirements

• Your team must be registered in the Collective Incubator Cloud (Registration in the Cloud)
• Your team needs must have a mailbox at the Collective Incubator. See Receiving parcels & mail to get a mailbox at our mail distribution cabinet.
• Your team must work at the Collective Incubator on a regular basis.

Process

The Gewerbemeldestelle Aachen requires you to bring some kind of proof that you work at the address where you want to register your company. There are two different ways to get such a confirmation from the Collective Incubator.

For teams with a permanent office

Before moving into your permanent office, you will need to sign a contract between yourself and RWTH Aachen University. This contract will serve as proof for the Gewerbemeldestelle.

For teams without a permanent office

If you do not have a permanent office, we have the possibility to sign a confirmation that you are working in the Collective Incubator. This document must be requested and will only be issued if you meet all the requirements above. Please Contact us if you need such a confirmation.

For student initiatives

Requirements

• Your team must be registered in the Collective Incubator Cloud (Registration in the Cloud)
• Your team needs to have a mailbox at the Collective Incubator. See Receiving parcels & mail to get a mailbox at our mail distribution cabinet.

Process

We do not have any reports of problems regarding the registration of student initiatives (registered association, e.V.) at the Collective Incubator. You should not need any document from us. Please make sure you meet the requirements.
