Range and charging

The usable range is specified with 100km. Please take into account, that the range will decrease with increasing cargo load and higher velocity.

There is a wallbox for the transporter for free charging at the CI parking lot. The transporter is usualy charged before each booking. When you return the transporter please plug the charging plug back in.

Load securing

When transporting larger loads, please make sure that you secure them appropriately. The transporter has on the loading area 3 eyelets on each side for tensioning straps. If you need tension belts, please Contact us

General remarks

• If the vehicle has a charging state minor 80% at the beginning of the ride, please contact the support as there might be a technical problem with the vehicle.
• The transporter is covered by third party liability insurance (Haftpflichtversicherung). Damage to the property of third parties caused by the operation of the van is covered by the insurance.
• The transporter is also covered by fully comprehensive insurance (Vollkasko). However, in the event of intentional or grossly negligent causation of damage, the person responsible may be held liable.
• Additional persons may only be taken along if there is a valid reason, as liability claims may arise.
• The vehicle position is GPS-monitored for theft protection and traceability.
• The driver will be held responsible for any new damage to the vehicle, speeding offences and parking tickets, as well as any other charges or costs incurred due to improper use.
• As it is an electric vehicle, the van may park free of charge in parking spaces on public roads in Aachen, i.e. anywhere where parking is permitted with parking tickets from machines. The regulation does not apply to private parking areas or car parks (Parkhaus). The parking time is limited to two hours and a parking disc must be used.
• The vehicle must be left clean and tidy. Eating is not permitted in the vehicle.
• Charging at wallboxes or fast charging stations is at your own expense. The only exception is the charging station at the Collective Incubator, for which we cover the costs.

Troubleshooting
